RPL on NQF 4
For experienced estate agents registered prior 15 July 2008. These agents qualify to do the shorter version called RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning). It is a one day course, after which the agent must compile his Portfolio of Evidence that will take between 3 weeks and 3 months, after which he/she will receive the NQF 4 in Real Estate.
NQF 4 Learnership (One year)
For new estate agents. We divide the work in Learner Units. You must hand in assignments after each Learner Unit.
You must attend 6 x 2 day courses over a one year period.

Learner Unit 2 - Real Estate Legislation 14 Credits
Learner Unit 3 - Market, Sell & Lease of Property 20 Credits
Learner Unit 4 - Real Estate Practice 22 Credits
Learner Unit 5 - Bond Registration Process 24 Credits
